The presidential press service had posted nothing on the visit by Thursday midday, and the report stands on nCa; the EBRD's own newsroom carried no release either. A state-side text may yet follow. By midday the visit existed in one channel.

What Ashgabat did publish is its autumn. The president of Kazakhstan will attend all three October summits in Avaza, the state news site said Wednesday: October 7 to 9, Caspian environment ministers with a water-security session folding Afghanistan in, the Central Asia and Azerbaijan consultative meeting, and the CIS heads of state. The dates match the Avaza schedule already standing in Ashgabat's own postings.
One ledger stays closed. Thursday marked day 17 of state-media silence on the Torghundi memoranda with Kabul, signed on August 10 by Turkmengaz and the Afghan Gas Corporation: a purchase memorandum under TAPI and the Herat gasification plan. Thursday's read of the state feeds found the silence intact, on the Afghan wires as well as the Turkmen ones.
