The previous band was 1.4 to 4%. Payouts are capped at 50,000 roubles per item and 100,000 roubles per insured event.

Storage at Wildberries’ own warehouses is not among the insured periods.

Kyrgyz sellers on the platform are covered on the same terms as any other. Sellers from Kyrgyzstan have lost goods when Wildberries warehouses were damaged, and reported compensation well below what they lost, according to 24.kg.
