On Tuesday the Central Election Commission published final results: Adilet holds 110 of 145 seats on 71.17% of the vote, with Auyl, Respublica, Ak Zhol and OSDP sharing the rest, and turnout fixed at 74.08%. Two parties, NPK and Baytaq, stayed under the 5% line, and a 2.51% share voted against all. The president has promised faster: a name within "a week or ten days" of Sunday. Day 4 has passed without one.
Friday therefore stacks three clocks at once: the chamber's first sitting, the cabinet's resignation, and a vice-presidency that is still nameless.
