It is the third China-Kyrgyzstan opening in a week, after Kyrgyz importers signed fuel-supply agreements with Sinopec in Urumqi on 17 August and with CNPC on 19 August. The visa move is the first of the three that Beijing's own wire has reported: Xinhua carried it from Bishkek on Thursday, while the fuel agreements remain Kyrgyz-side stories, with no Chinese echo found across state media and the companies' own sites through Friday.
