Trend carried the list at 11:28 Baku time on Wednesday from the Turkmen government's press service: 16 documents signed during Serdar Berdimuhamedov's state visit, beyond the 13 announced after Tuesday's talks at the Blue House. Five pair state bodies with companies, all of them memoranda of understanding: the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries with YUHANTECH CO., LTD; the Ministry of Automobile Transport with Hyundai Corporation; the Ministry of Communications with LS Cable & System; the State Committee for Water Management with Daewoo Engineering & Construction, the canal memorandum that Tuesday's readout named on its own; and the Balkan Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Plant with Yousung Co., Ltd.
A sixth memorandum joins the state airline service Turkmenhowayollary with Korea's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. The other ten belong to universities and institutes, to the state news agency TDH with Yonhap, and to the culture ministry's state centre with Korea's National Asian Culture Center. No document on the list carries a sum, a volume or a completion date.
The refinery pairing is the one with a recent history: the Turkmenbashi complex is the plant where a fire was reported on 30 August, 2 days after the president approved repairs there. YUHANTECH is identified on the list by name alone.
The state site's own account of the summit is stamped 23:55 on Wednesday, with an edit stamped 09:02 on Thursday. It says the president took part in the first Central Asia to Korea summit and lists what the summit adopted and signed: the Seoul Declaration; the joint statement of the first meeting of the industry ministers' consultative mechanism; the initiative on artificial intelligence, science and the technologies of the future; the initiative on climate, the energy transition and air quality; the memorandum on industrial and logistics cooperation; and the joint statement of the first business summit. It names Tokayev, Japarov, Rahmon and Mirziyoyev as the other participants.

The money stays where the president put it on Tuesday: 17 investment projects with Korean participation worth more than $12 billion registered in the country, he told the business forum, naming Daewoo E&C, Koryo Shipbuilding Industry Technology and Korea Meditech; the state site posted that speech at 10:45 on Wednesday.
