A prosecutor's decision dated 29 August reshaped a case opened on 7 June and added a public one. The counts, as the committee lists them: an especially large bribe tied to two firms, Progress Armenia and Local Developers, with property taken in exchange; embezzlement of 174.6 million drams on an educational-center build in Dilijan; a scheme that moved Brusov University property worth 208.9 million drams; and laundering of 151.1 million drams.
