Auyl, OSDP and Ak Zhol posted their rosters on Wednesday evening, Adilet's 110 names followed by Thursday morning, and Respublica's 9 completed the set of 145. The proportions were fixed on Tuesday: 71.17% of the vote became 75.86% of the chamber, with 6.69% of ballots cast for lists that cleared no threshold. Ak Zhol's roster carries party chair Daniya Yespayeva in third place. Amanat, folded into Adilet in June, has no line of its own in the new chamber.
The bill exists already. It was drafted by the government and submitted to parliament in June, and Tokayev said on Wednesday that he will put it to the deputies at the opening sitting, framing it as child protection online.

The chamber convenes on Friday at 11:00 in Astana under Wednesday's convocation decree. Under the mandate law the election commission has 5 days from publication of the results to distribute seats. The decree left it 3. A cabinet resignation is owed to the newly seated house under the amended constitution.
One name is still missing: Thursday is day 5 of the "week or ten days" Tokayev gave for presenting a vice-president. "I think it will be a well-known person, whom you all know well," was his whole description on Sunday. Nothing has surfaced since. The outer edge of his own window is September 2.
